We kick off your journey with a VIP Fitness Evaluation, we review your health history and current goals to determine your current fitness capacity and or restriction(s). This helps us to create your individualized VIP fitness plan. It is important to us to exceed your expectations, to partner with you and unearth your strength from the ground up. Also included in the evaluation are strength, composition and movement assessments to reinforce your understanding and ensure prolonged results. VIP Fitness Evaluations are applied as a credit towards your 1st Month Membership (Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Memberships only).
