Since 2012, Iron Garden Fitness Studio has provided functional resistance training and traditional styles of personal training, taking an effective, individualized and therapeutic approach to fitness and wellness.

Exercise should be exciting and liberating, allowing the individual to experience a new level of health and fitness. At Iron Garden Fitness Studio, this is our mission and vision. We understand that human movement is defined differently for everybody. Our purpose is to partner with our clients to redefine their personal fitness expectations.

Iron Garden Fitness Studio is a private training escape. Your hour of undivided attention and personal growth. VIP Training is partnered with HEATHER BOZZA, 10yrs NASM Certified Private Personal Trainer.  VIP Sessions are CUSTOMIZED to the INDIVIDUAL through Strength and Cardiorespiratory Assessments with GUIDED fitness training that will bring your PERSONAL FITNESS goals to new heights.

VIP Packages are available and eligibility is determined by consultation.

IRON TRAINING

SELF-LED fitness training routine with exercises and set selections designed for YOUR fitness level.

2) Determine your fitness level and goal:

 

Beginner - Traditional straight sets 12-20 Reps. May be modified to focus on form, comprehension and confidence. Cardio component: 60-75% HR Max = FAT BURN.

 

Intermediate - Set modifications to increase intensity: Acclimating Sets, Drop Sets, Pulsing Reps. Cardio component: 60-75-85% HR MAX = FAT BURN + ENDURANCE. 

 

Advanced - Set modifications to peak performance: Ascending Sets/Ramping (1RM Failure), Split sets. Cardio component: 60-75-85-90% = FAT BURN + ENDURANCE + PERFORMANCE. 

IRON TRAINING

ACTIVE TRAINING

SELF-LED "Active Rest-Day" is designed to supplement your VIP or IRON training.

The ACTIVE TRAINING drives fat-loss through fun and diverse cardiorespiratory stage training, promotes posture and core strength through various strength machines, and improves flexibility with foam-rolling and static stretching. 

​

2) Determine your fitness level and goal:

 

Beginner - Cardio component: 60-75% HR Max = FAT BURN. Introduction to higher intensity cardio preset programs and equipment.  Strength exercises are selected to improve posture, core strength, and overall flexibility.

 

Intermediate - Cardio component: 60-75-85% HR MAX = FAT BURN + ENDURANCE. Utilize higher intensity preset cardio programs and equipment. Strength exercises are selected to improve posture, core strength, and overall flexibility.

 

Advanced - Cardio component: 60-75-85-90% = FAT BURN + ENDURANCE + PERFORMANCE. 

Strength exercises are selected to improve posture, core strength, and overall flexibility. Peak performance on cardio presets and high intensity interval training.

ACTIVE SERIES
IRON | GROUP

IRON GROUP TRAINING

IRON | GROUP is a circuit style superset training program that includes a fun and diverse cardio rotation. The training split reinforces the basic movement patterns of PUSH, PULL, SQUAT, LUNGE, and DEADLIFT assisted and/or resisted depending on your fitness level. The cardio component is a 1-week rotation and focuses on CARDIO ACCELERATION (cardio + core resistance training) and CARDIORESPIRATORY STAGE TRAINING.

This circuit is designed to be performed as a GROUP and therefore does not incorporate exercise selections that may be TOO ADVANCED to be modified safely. The IRON TRAINING SERIES is a more complex and diverse training platform for individuals seeking a more personalized and challenging platform.
